The room was quite small, but it was clean and generally well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, the lack of basic amenities made the stay less comfortable than expected. There was no kettle provided in the room, so we couldn’t make hot water for tea or simple drinks. Instead, we had to go to another building just to get hot water, which was very inconvenient and not practical, especially after a long day.
In addition, we experienced an issue with the bathroom. The sink was already clogged on the first day we used it, which was disappointing and affected our overall comfort during the stay. This is something that should have been checked and fixed before guests arrived.
While the cleanliness of the room was a positive point, the missing amenities and maintenance issues made the experience less satisfactory. With better attention to these details, the stay could have been much more enjoyable.
