Really lovely, very comfy, would stay again.

I liked the lay out of the property. That its all on one level. Great utilities got everything you could need for a short stay. In a lovely rural location but not tto far from the main roads and local tourist attractions. Great parking too and little front area to let the dog run around plus walks on your doorstep. Really good value for money and would happily book and stay again!

I tried to contact the host multiple times to find out how we got into the property and never had contact but it was still easy to access the property as it was already open and keys obvious within the property. It was quite hot at night and I couldnt work out how to turn the heating down!

Even though I paid no one gave me keys and had to go to a nearby hotel.

There was no one there to attend us, we had to look for another place to sleep. The owner never repplies in the chat, it is as if no one pays attention to this booking reservation. Be careful!

Someone got paid for a service that they didn't give. They don't give a solution and the only response I have is absolute silence. Reporting this place ASAP

It shouldn't have been let out, but we couldn't quite bring ourselves to pack up and return home.

Easy to get in, clean bed linen, adequate kitchen equipment, lovely views. The place was well heated and the furniture was comfortable.

The main problem was This is the message I sent the owners but received no reply. Hi Karen. We were glad of a warm place to stay over the weekend, but there were several problems I thought I should let you know about personally rather than online. We realised that you have mice in the place. We saw one adult and a youngster. They were in the kitchen & made us both concerned about everything we'd used in there, making dinner the night before. Linda's sleep was also disturbed on the Saturday night as she could hear one in her room. In the living room, the curtain rail for the front window is not secure and the blind doesn't work properly. The smell in the bathroom was really unpleasant. I could see surfaces were clean, but the bad drain smell could not even be covered by the heavy use of air-freshner by your cleaner. Not being able to use the extraction fan didn’t help and the 'stink pipes' being open into the bathroom was probably the cause. There was no point discussing any of this with you whilst we were there as most of these problems could not have been sorted out quickly.

We had a great two-night stay here. The host, Karen, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The facilities were excellent, and we especially appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was with all the amenities we needed.

Nice property but needs repairs and safety inspection.

Fairly quiet location. Comfortable beds

Microwave on top of fridge freezer - dangerously high / difficult to remove hot food. TV/Freesat combination difficult to use. Many fittings and fittings broken or tired - front lounge window curtain rail broken. Shower very stiff to use and broken. Mouse droppings all over the food surfaces each morning. No garden maintenance at rear of property - brambles coming through windows when open.

Really great stay, friendly helpful hosts, beautiful location and an ideal base.

Great location with only a short drive to local beaches. It was really peaceful and quiet. The property had everything we needed, and was great value for 4 comfortable bedrooms. Having an enclosed garden was also really helpful with dogs

When we arrived there had obviously been a wasp nest so we kept being invaded for a few days. One of the radiators couldn’t be turned off. The WiFi seemed to stop working after a day or 2 aswell. These were very minor things and didn’t bother us.

Lovely, comfortable property with welcoming hosts.

Keys were left at the property with door unlocked ready for us. Lovely modern comfortable property in a lovely location opposite the stables so could watch the horses. The beds were all really comfy and we arrived to lovely drinks & biscuits awaiting us.

There wasn’t anything, The only very small think was it would have been nice to have a small info pack I.e where the closest shop was, doctors, petrol station etc, Also a guest book would have been nice, Nothing major just suggestions

I made the booking for wheelchair user, but not really suitable. Property was clean and warm.

Nice and warm.

I booked for wheelchair guest with suitable shower toilet, but shower was plinth style and had no facilities ( grip bars ). The toilet was too low and too close to the wall. The wheelchair had to be stored in the hall, because it couldn't be used in the narrow hallway or in the rooms. Bathroom showing its age. water damaged flooring in the bathroom and hall. Curtain poles still not fitted, window latches broken and glass beading missing even though reported years earlier in the guest book. No guest information about the cooker, heating, ventilation ect. Scrap of paper with poor instructions for the TV. No instructions for the Broadband Wi-Fi. The rear room windows could not be used for emergency escape because they were over gown with brambles up to the window.

Lovely property, the bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of parking space and a few tea bags etc left for us. Plenty of pots, pans and cleaning supplies. The house was lovely and warm but the heating wouldn’t turn down which meant we had to turn the radiators off which wasn’t a problem. A welcome book would be lovely with WiFi passwords, local places, how to use things but the host did message back whenever I had a question so again it wasn’t a problem. Would definitely stay again. Beautiful area not too far from towns, walks and swimming spots. Just be wary the garden is not enclosed for dogs that like to explore however I was made aware of this before my stay so we brought out long leads for our dogs.

Horse lovers bungalow

A lovely bungalow in a quiet location with great views. Good value for money. Nicely decorated, equipped and clean Interesting to be opposite the stables and see and hear all the activities taking place. Bit of a worry having no enclosed space for the dogs and being right on the road. Neighbours were helpful and friendly.

Ideal place to stay

An ideal place to stop for the night. We were on a family motorbike tour and stayed the night here. The place was warm and clean, plenty of off road parking for the bikes, very well equipped cottage and a short walk to the local pub for dinner!

Being able to book last minute due to an emergency. Beautiful area. Quirky kitchen cabinets. Really warm. Nice welcome pack of biscuits and hot chocolate and milk. Being able to park closely.

It was a challenge using the TV. It wasn't the most spacious. It was cleaned to basic minimum.

Budget bungalow stay, Could be great, lack of care and attention by hosts.

Location, spacious bungalow, value for money

Poor Check in & Arrival - No key collection/checkin instructions on Booking.com and/or no prior communication from the hosts with instructions. Arriving at the property the door was simply left unlocked, and keys left by the door! This isn’t safe. No Wi-Fi available, in this day and age this isn’t acceptable, Wi-Fi is listed as a facility- there was a TP-link booster in the house, but it had run out of data and only the hosts could top it up and they were uncontactable! Heating - No heating instruction, house was like furnace or we turned it off and was then cold. Tried messsgingf witrh settings but no instructions. TV- Not working – Remote control broken on TV, so no TV or WI-FI with a family break with children! No Tea or cofee available - listed. Host Not Contactable- Biggest issue of all was that the hosts were not contactable for the entire booking. Ignored messages and phone calls the entire stay – 3 messages and 4 calls over 3 days, Only answering the phone once at pre-arrival to inform us that the door was left open for arrival. That was the last time we could make contact! Shocking. I have given the property and location a fair overall review.

4 day stay August 2023

The accommodation was big enough for 7 of us staying (5 adults, 2 children) and our dog. Although there was only one bathroom it was ample. The decor was really well thought through and cosy. The property itself was lovely and warm. The garden space at the front is a really nice space and there was ample parking for 2 cars. The stables across the road were lovely to look at too. Lovely bottle of prosecco for us on arrival.

When we arrived we had no communication with the owners and were unsure of how to get in. The property was unlocked on arrival and a key was inside, so it was all resolved, but felt a little impersonal. There were also no instructions in regards to where to put the rubbish.

Gorgeous stay in Pembrokeshire

We had a beautiful little holiday! The house is lovely and well maintained - Karen was really responsive and accommodating. It's a great location to visit Pembroke's beaches - we went to Fishguard, Tenby, Little Haven and Broad Haven during our stay. The house has a washing machine and airer which was really helpful to keep on top of the kids washing. The garden outside is lovely and spacious (just have to keep an eye on young kids as it is facing a road). We would definitely stay again. Thank you so much to Karen for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Our stay was lovey, the location very quiet, but a couple of negatives which did impact our stay

The beds were soft and towels good quality, furnished to a high standard. Beautiful views, quiet location. Comfortable beds, cosy property.

Our bed was broken and was held up by a number of pieces of wood, the bedroom doors were difficult to close. The front window did not close and made us feel a little vulnerable. It was a shame that we couldn’t use the large grass area at the back of the property as it was very overgrown. There were a couple of holes in the walls which weren’t very pleasing on the eye, cobwebs in every room.On arrival couldn’t get hold of hosts and didn’t know how to gain access to the property. We did eventually get through on the numbers provided.

Amazing location and great, spacious accommodation.

The accommodation was spacious, clean and tidy. The location was great and the views were spectacular. The hosts were very welcoming and we loved the extra touches, the bottle of Prosecco, Hot chocolate, biscuits tea, milk and sugar. We will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful situation

The owners were very kind and helpful. It was a beautiful situation. We informed the owners that the boiler wasn't working, so no hot water and they did come immediately to check it out. However they couldn't get it to work. So they very kindly let us stay in their small chalet which they let on Airbnb. It was adequate for two of us. We only stayed two nights.

Unfortunately the boiler didn't work so there was no hot water, the washing machine was broken and we couldn't watch television as the remote control didn't work.

Gorgeous location & excellent value

Beautiful and peaceful location, just 10 minutes drive from the coast. We enjoyed staying in this comfortable and well-equipped house whilst we hiked several sections of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Excellent value for money indeed.
