Perfectly located in Centre of City,all KL city activities are easy reachable,good food options near by.

Only I missed balcony in my stay.

Building, gym, playground, window view, everything that you need inside apartment

Location, need a card key for every step, strict security

L emplacement, proche du metro, d un centre commercia à pieds 10 min max. l hôtel dans son ensemble est convenable. La piscine, la salle de sport rien à dire.

Malheureusement le ménage n était pas correctement fait à mon arrivée. L appartement est moins clean que sur les photos. La salle de bain et les toilettes étaient sales, les draps de lit tachés et pas repassés. Avec des photos à l appui je précise qu il n à été proposé le passage d un agent d entretien.

We had an overall pleasant stay at Continew Residence. The location is very convenient, with easy access to a public market where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits. It’s also just a few minutes by Grab to KLCC and other popular attractions. The rate was affordable and offered good value for our stay. We booked a 2-bedroom unit. One thing that could be improved is the air-conditioning—the living room aircon was not getting cold enough, and one of the bedrooms did not have an aircon. The kitchen also did not have drinking glasses, only cups, which was a little inconvenient. On the positive side, the washing machine worked well and had a dryer, and having an iron available was very useful. The host was responsive whenever I had questions or requests. We asked for an extra mattress, and although it took quite some time to arrive due to staff availability, the host kept communicating with us and eventually arranged it. The swimming pool was very nice and definitely a highlight for the kids—they really enjoyed it. However, the children’s play area looked quite outdated and was hardly being used. Overall, Continew Residence is a good and affordable option, especially because of its convenient location and easy access to KLCC, the market, and other attractions. With some improvements to the air-conditioning, kitchen amenities, and kids’ play area, the stay could be even better.

What I Didn’t Like The main issue during our stay was the air-conditioning. The aircon in the living room was not cooling properly, which made the space uncomfortable, especially in Malaysia’s warm weather. Also, one of the two bedrooms did not have an aircon at all, which was disappointing since we booked a 2-bedroom unit. Another small but noticeable inconvenience was the lack of proper drinking glasses. There were only cups available, so it would have been better if basic glassware for drinking water had been provided. These are relatively simple things that could be improved and would make the stay much more comfortable for future guests.
