    Unit is cleaned. Better than few of service apartment which is smelly. Got unifi. However tv cannot use cannot access to the router. Not sure why. Got free parking, but u need to collect house key first to access the parking lot. Parking lot at level 7, so not easy to come out or in..take minimum 15minutes to reach up or down. Got visitor parking at basement but quite expensive. Need to pay rm14 for 3 hrs parking. Nearest MRT station is Chan sow lin, 10-15minutes walk. But be carefull need to cross the road. Can walk also to Trex shopping mall took 30minutes, I did it. Only issue here, for muslim, no restaurant nearby, mostly chinese or indian restaurant only available. Anyway can use Grab food deliveries.Thanks maybe will stay here next time.

    First, the contact number provided in the booking was completely unreachable. I had to call Agoda customer service, and they were only able to pass messages back and forth. Even though I booked two weeks in advance, the host refused to provide a direct contact number. I was only added to a WhatsApp group the night before check-in, where I was asked to pay a RM200 deposit and submit a copy of my IC. The host then sent a long list of house rules and fines (RM30 to RM500) for things such as dirty pillowcases, misplaced cushions, and even leaving rubbish outside the unit. When we arrived, the problems started immediately: The bathroom door lock was broken. The master bedroom door lock was partially faulty and got stuck. We eventually managed to open it, but after that we did not dare to close any of the bedroom doors. The air conditioner made loud knocking noises throughout the night. Some wooden fittings were damaged. Several cushions were already dirty. When we asked for repairs, we were told the maintenance team could only come the next day between 12 PM and 2 PM. We had to leave the keys and follow a complicated process of returning them to a locker afterward. That would have forced us to cancel our planned activities just to wait for them to fix problems that should have been resolved before check-in. This was a very disappointing experience. Poor communication, unreasonable procedures, and inadequate maintenance. I will never book with this agent again.

    The property offers excellent value for money with Spotless cleanliness and well maintained facilities that enhance the overall experience, the staff were friendly, though the location was slightly less convenient than expected and surrounded with construction sites. Road still gravelled and fully completed yet. Overall, its comfortable and practical choice with few minor location drawbacks and road conditions.

    The toilet had an unpleasant smell throughout the stay. Also, the security deposit has not been refunded until now. This was quite disappointing.
