Could do with some modernisation

It was comfortable and clean . Peaceful and safe. Great ocean front view. Friendly front desk. Taxi rank outside. Restaurants, entertainment, shops and supermarkets all along the boardwalk , one minute walk away. The open local market next door twice a week is great too.

The weather was below 23 c but it was pretty warm inside with just the 2 fans and not proper air conditioning. It was bearable for us but over 23 c I would not stay there.

The location of the studio is excellent. It was nice to be on the 11th floor as you got great panoramic views from the balcony. The studio was clean and the kitchen was well equipped should you want to prepare/cook food. A nice smart TV in the room too. The host was great, and kept in communication at all times, and it was easy to pick up the key and check in. I had a good stay, but there were a few negatives that I have to mention.

Unfortunately, the studio was extremely hot, and it was difficult to sleep or feel comfortable there with just a small table top fan. It retained the heat, and there were temperatures exceeding high 30s when I stayed, and it was almost unbearable. Air con really is needed for such high temperatures otherwise you feel like you are sleeping in an oven because even keeping the balcony door open did not generate any air flow. The bathroom was in need of renovation (including the shower curtain with a big ripped hole in it). While the studio is cheaper than others in the apartment block, it was still 90 euros per night which is a lot of money to pay for a studio in this condition.
