About this apartment rental
The condominium has a swimming pool, children's pool and private parking. The large and comfortable apartment of about 50 square meters, of which a large living area, 15 km from the Tenerife South airport, is easily accessible, either by highway: Los Cristianos exit, or by bus. Ideal for a relaxing holiday, it is located a few meters from the beach of Los Cristianos, close to typical local restaurants, supermarkets, bocciofila, souvenir shops, minigolf and more. In the area: the Siam Park at 4.5 km, the Teide volcano at 44 km, La Masca Valley, the Jungle park, also easily accessible the Loro parque and many other points of interest. Possibility of excursions to the nearby islands, to sightings of whales and dolphins, it is also possible to snorkel and assisted dives. Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00. If you arrive later than this time there is a supplement to be agreed and paid upon arrival. Check-out by 10:00.

Great little find, I messaged the host to re book when I’m over again but alas he’s full, a good sign! Great location, AC was a blessing, my only negative is the neighbours like their music a bit loud… but the apartment was great, good shower pressure, and useful washing machine! WiFi was 8/10 for speed! So could watch tv and YouTube ok!

The property has a great location and the building maintenance is excellent. The apartment is comfortable and has all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay.
However, there are several important issues that need to be addressed:
• Beach chairs and beach towels should be provided for guests.
• New, unused toilet paper must be supplied in the kitchen and bathroom, along with trash bags.
• The check-in instructions are unclear. No one was aware of our arrival time, which caused unnecessary confusion.
• The address listed on Expedia is incorrect. This led to significant confusion with the taxi driver. Please update it immediately.
• The split inverter AC unit’s water disposal system was not professionally installed. It is unacceptable that guests are forced to collect and empty the dripping water every single day.
While the overall location is good, these issues created frustration and inconvenience during our stay. I hope they are corrected for future guests.

The flat is in a good situation, the complex is tidy and we sat by the pool in the afternoons. The sun shone on the balcony of the flat in the mornings. The pictures are a true reflection of the flat. Valentino was prompt in replying to any questions we had.
