De ligging is echt perfect, je wandelt zo de boulevard op. Uitzicht vanaf het balkon is mooi.
Het appartement is echt aan een renovatie toe. Het is niet meer van deze tijd. Douche is krap (wel fijne straal). Bedbank is klein, ik zou er een normaal bed in plaatsen, lig je wat comfortabeler.
