Villa Mar Gran

Sehr schöne Anlage mit nettem Garten, Haus ist sehr großzügig aufgeteilt. Durchaus modern möbliert. Fast direkt am Meer mit toller Aussicht. Gibt auch einen Zugang, den man bei niedrigen Wellen nutzen kann.

Die Zwischendurchreinigung war mehr als oberflächlich, der Handtuchwechsel hat nicht stattgefunden (gut, es gibt eine Waschmaschine, macht man halt selber). Poolreinigung war auch eher naja. Ameisen sollte man mögen. Ein Klimagerät gehört dringend getauscht, Schimmel an der Wand (stand schon in der Garage??). Bissl Klopapier zum Starten sollte schon Minimum sein.

the villa was fantastic with breathtaking views from the first floor balcony. Air con in the bedrooms was excellent and sufficient for the rest of the house.

there was a missing curtain pole in the main bedroom which had been broken, they did fix this for us. Downstairs the shower door had been broken off its hinges and they were asked to fix but it was not. The safe did not work even when i changed the batteries which was a real concern. there was an abundance of ants in the main bathroom and it wasn't very clean,they did come and rectify this next day. the pool got very dirty with sand as no shower outside and not that clean. please note there was no toilet roll, dishcloths or tea towels in the villa which we had to purchase straight away. there was no shade to eat breakfast or lunch outside and we ended up tucking the table round the corner but not ideal, umbrellas would have been helpful. we did buy one for the beach which we used in the villa too.

Die Lage und der Blick sind traumhaft. Ruhige Sackgassenlage, fußläufig in 10 Minuten die Stadt, 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß zu der für uns schönsten Bucht im Ort, aber auch die anderen schnell zu erreichen. Man hat seine Ruhe und viel Platz, vor allem die Küche ist super!

Wie es leider in Unterkünften nah am Meer ist, war die Unterkunft sehr feucht. Man hat schon gemerkt, dass viel Luftfeuchtigkeit da ist und teilweise leider vereinzelt auch etwas Schimmel. Wir waren den ganzen Tag draußen deshalb war es nicht so schlimm, das Bad oben müsste jedoch mal erneuert werden. Für eine Woche ist aber alles super auszuhalten!

Помешкання розташоване в чудовому місці, 10 хвилин до центру, ресторанів і пляжу. Саме місто дуже красиве, відрізняється від інших. Вілла простора, має багато зон для спільного відпочинку. Особливо сподобалась сервісна підтримка, дуже швидка реакція на запити.

Не вистачає дверей в ванні кімнати, що знаходяться на першому поверсі. Просто шторка є не дуже комфортною. Але є окремий душ на першому поверсі, що дає змогу усамітнитися. Також не вистачає гачків у ванній для рушників.
