Urban River House

Das Haus hat eine besondere Atmosphäre und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man unterwegs braucht. Auf den Fotos hatte ich den Eindruck, es sei ein einzeln stehendes Haus, ist aber eingebettet zwischen 2 mehrstöckigen Häusern, was dem Charme aber keinen Abbruch tut. Die Lage ist abseits und ruhig, aber trotzdem ist man zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses befindet sich ein nettes Lokal, das gutes, lokales Essen zu vernünftigen Preisen anbietet. WLAN ist gut. Mein Motorrad konnte ich auf dem Gehweg vor dem Haus abstellen.

Das Haus ist älter und hat dadurch seinen besonderen Charme. Aber natürlich ist die Dusche den in diesem Bereich eher beengten Verhältnissen angepasst und klein. Was ich allerdings störend empfand waren die ungewöhnlich hellen Leuchtsignale der Rauchmelder im Schlafzimmer. Erst dachte ich es sei ein Gewitter, konnte dann aber beruhigt versuchen vor Rauch geschützt einzuschlafen.

10/10 experience at Urban River House! The property was impeccably clean, and all appliances were in perfect working order. The location was absolutely stunning and centrally located, making it ideal for our family of four. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of Elizabeth, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We certainly felt right at home! We can't wait to return! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay!

The apartment was fantastic, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine and coffee machine. It was a great location which made the walk into Lerin very easy. The owner/manager was great and helpful and has done a superb job on the apartment and it looks great too. The courtyard area was also great to sit and eat in and just relax. And Lila''s mini market next door was great and Lila was a wonderful person and we were happy to support her business. She was absolutely fantastic to our children.

Nothing to comment on because it was a great stay and I would highly recommend it.
