Great apartment offering comfort, privacy and homely atmosphere

We really enjoyed Fanis' hospitality and direct communication! The apartment was very tidy with no clutter, very warm, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms offered privacy for our group of four (one couple + 2 friends). The parking was super easy (free parking right outside our apartment door). The hosts provided utensils and other useful equipment, including a nespresso machine with coffee capsules. The location of the apartment on a small hill 20' minutes walking (5' by car) from the city center offers great views of the lake and the whole city!

It was great! I would definitely stay again and recommend.

Very modern interior design - the finishes, furniture, etc were top notch and great quality/new. It is located close walk into the city (12 mins).

The Air Conditioning didn’t extend well into the bedrooms so had to sleep with doors open to get cool air circulation. Was able to hear the water usage (shower/drainage) of the unit above which woke me up (but I am a light sleeper by nature).

Amazing Apartment!

We were fortunate to be able to book Fanis and Olgas Cozy Stay. When we arrived Fanis was there to personally hand over the key and show us throughout the apartment. The apartment was sparkly clean, the kitchen with full amenities including a welcoming gift basket. We had a fantastic sleep in the extremely comfortable king size bed. The apartment is located approximately 5 meters from the most incredible view of the lake and mountains (you can also partially see this from the balcony). We did have a car and had free and safe road parking available directly out front of the apartment. We will definitely be trying to rebook for our return trip in a couple of years.

Καλογουστο και πολυ καθαρο. Πληρως εξοπλισμενο για μια ανετη διαμονη. Πολυ κοντα στο κεντρο αν και ειναι σε ανηφορα. Συμπαθεστατος και πολυ εξυπηρετικος οικοδεσποτης.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Kastoria auch durch die sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Appartment. Es ist absolut sauber, ist wunderschön eingerichtet, mit schönen Details und gelungene Einrichtungslösungen wie die Beleuchtung des Esstisches oder die Aufhängung des Badezimmerspiegels. Im Flur hängen Spiegel für unterschiedlich große Personen, sehr aufmerksam. Die Matratzen waren genau nach unseren Bedürfnissen. Alle Fenster hatten Fliegengitter, elektrische Rollläden und dekorative Gardinen. Mir hat der gelbe Sessel besonders gefallen. Die Wohnung hat eine Ost-West-Ausrichtung und ein gutes Raumklima. Die Klimaanlage brauchten wir bei Temperaturen um 30* nicht benutzen, da wir tagsüber wenn wir unterwegs waren die Rollläden geschlossen hatten. W-Lan war perfekt (ich kenne es auch anders). In der Küche war alles vorhanden was wir zum Kochen benötigten. Es war sogar Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine vorrätig. Nur einmal über die Straße gehen und man hat einen tollen Blick auf den See und die Halbinsel aus einer gewissen Höhe.

Heel gezellig en mooi ingericht appartement. Goeie bedden voor 6 personen. Heel behulpzame gastheer.

We konden maar aan tafel zitten met 4. Moeilijk om te eten met 6. Ook wat weinig kookgerei. Blijkbaar wordt er niet zo vaak gekookt op reis in Griekenland

Από τα καλύτερα καταλύματα που έχω μείνει. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πανέμορφο και πολύ μεγάλο .

Το κατάλυμα ήταν από τα καλύτερα που έχω μείνει . Ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πανέμορφο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο , 5 λεπτά από το κέντρο της Καστοριάς σε μια πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή . Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενέστατος και πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει σε περίπτωση που χρειαζόμασταν κάτι . Μακάρι όλα τα διαμερίσματα να ήταν σε αυτό για να κάνουν τα ταξίδια μας τόσο ευχάριστα . Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα .
