The property was an ideal location for what we wanted. The apartment was well equipped. Beds were comfy and bedding spotlessly clean. Towels and small toiletries supply
This is the second time we have stayed at the property for an annual special event in our hometown and 2 years on from our first stay its decor is looking tired, in need of some tlc and a bit of a deep clean. We also encountered ants at the property but could not locate their source

Great location for Flora Day.
I had thought it had windows over the Guild Hall but it didn’t which was disappointing as my guests had mobility issues. Maybe this could be made clear in the description. Concerned about the fire escape - no access to escape the building fully only into a tiny yard in middle of buildings. Bit confused about the heating controls. Maybe bedroom windows could be made openable?

Zentrale Lage, viel Platz, in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle, hohe Räume, viel Tageslicht
Abends jeweils Lärm von den umliegenden Pubs und morgens Möven- und Gänsegeschrei. Auch die Nachbarn hat man jeweils gehört. Wer sehr lärmempfindlich ist, sollte vielleicht was anderes suchen. Für mich hat es aber gut gepasst und würde es wieder buchen.

Lage/Nähe zu den Ausflugzielen
Schlechte Matratzen, durchgelegen. Dreckige Fenster von Möwen- und Tauben-Kot, zum Teil ließen sie sich nicht öffnen. Zu wenig Küchenutensilien, Küchenhandtücher, Geschirr, Netflix Zugang hat nicht funktioniert.
