No breakfast provided. Supermarket was close, we could walk into town, restaurants and pubs walking distance, fabulous to have our own parking space, washing/dryer machine fabulous, shower amazing
The only criticism was that the cutlery drawer had limited opening due to the position of the freezer, a minor issue really.

The location was great, a 5-10minute walk into Swanage centre and beach. The property had everything we needed for a short break plus the car park space was a bonus. We enjoyed two evenings at the Black Swan around the corner, booking advised.
The incline to the property although most of the properties in Swanage are the same. Keeps you fit!

Lovely flat , with great amenities , 10 min walk to town and beach ⛱️..lots of places to eat and shop in..Mowlem theatre is great .. make sure you see some live music or comedy or whatever is showing as great value .. Excellent response from hosts.. Loved our stay at 39 ... Highly recommend a stay at this lovely flat and location.
It is on a slight hill but a good bit of exercise.. so positive.
