The location was perfect. Quiet and a 5 min walk into town or the beach. The property was well equipped and comfortable.
Perfect stay other than a distinct odour of mould as soon as you walk in. We tried to air the property but the smell remained. Black mould was found behind the dresser in the bedroom.

Liked everything . Location ( was quiet and central - spa shop at the bottom of road , black swan round the corner and high street short distance ) .
Flat had everything in it and the comfiest bed . Was a great post Christmas stay .

We found the apartment to be very cosy and clean. The level of equipment provided was excellent and although our stay was relatively short, I would imagine that longer stays would be equally comfortable. Location is very good, with just a short, pleasant walk to town and beach. Having a private parking space in Swanage is a real bonus and was for sure one of the reasons we chose this property. Communication with the hosts was very easy and they were very helpful. All in all, a nice property in a lovely seaside town.

The house is in a good location.
The place was infested with mould and damp. You could smell it from the moment you walked in the door. Every room, especially the kitchen and living room was affected. My partner and I were unable to sleep because of the chest pain and headaches onset by the damp. We arrived at night but in the morning the black mould was clear to see from outside on the side of the parking space.

The flat was tastefully decorated and well equipped. and in an excellent location. We didn't use our car once we had parked for our stay.

It was a great property. The car parking space was really helpful. It had everything you need for a holiday
The internet and the TV did not work well. They was a lack of pint glasses and some pots. Cleaning was pretty good but not perfect. These are all minor issues

The apartment had everything we needed and was very cozy and comfortable. Just a short walk into town with a small supermarket at the end of the road, the location was ideal. Although we didn't meet our host (we didn't have a reason to), the information booklet they provided was very welcoming, informative and user friendly.
The added bonus of staying at this lovely apartment was having a dedicated parking space alongside, a rarity in Swanage! All in all a great base for exploring all that Swanage and the surrounding areas have to offer. We would have no hesitation in returning and recommending to friends and family.

Everything…there was not one thing neglected..well equipped kitchen, with wonderful views. Clean and nice size bathroom.. lovely bedroom with lots of draw space and comfy bed..dark and quiet…beautiful sitting room with good, easy to use tv and comfortable sofas…parking space and nice walk to town and beaches…thank you

The location is great for the short walk into the town, it was handy to have a Spar shop at the end of the road.
A big bonus to have a parking space. The apartment is spacious, the bed comfy, plenty of wardrobe space/drawers and the kitchen had everything we needed.
There are plenty of places to eat in the evening, particularly the nearby Black Swan, but essential to book before your arrival as it was so popular.
The water was slow to drain away in the shower.

the hot water system was poor it took a long time for water to heat up and came out almost in a dribble, the shower when the floor was wet was slippery and no grab rails for safety

Good location, plenty of space for the two of us, very well equipped kitchen, plenty of cupboard space. Spotlessly clean!
Nothing really to complain about! Just to be picky, the shower gel provided was minimal - we would have been happy to bring our own. Perhaps if toiletries are provided they could be a little more generous.

The flat is beautifully decorated and very comfortable.There is ample storage space and the off road parking space is the jewel in the crown. Parking in Swanage is a bit of a lottery so knowing you have a space to come back to is very reassuring. It is also very quiet .

Parking, in very short supply in the area so having a private space was a luxury. The flat is very well equipped for two people and had enough crockery and cutlery for me to have three guests for a meal.
