Great location, friendly host, aggressive cleaner.
Beautiful accommodation within walking distance of Swanage.
Hidden charges for pets. Expect to pay £35.00. Aggressive emails from the cleaner of the property who referred to holidaymakers as "disgusting". Make sure you are middle class if you stay here!

Perfect location, perfect for what we needed. Clean and well thought out
Slippery stairs to the apartment and very slippery decking out back, probably ok when dry but super hazardous when it rains, my Wife fell over out back

Christmas getaway
Excellent location, close to centre and seafront. Really cosy and well thought out accommodation with fully equipped kitchen and nice personal touches for Christmas. Warm and comfortable beds. Great outside space. Would definitely stay again.

We visit relations a number of times each year and Purbeck View is near perfect for us.
All the rooms were fairly large and you could sit in the living room and kitchen. the small enclosed garden was perfect to let our dog out in the evening and mornings. Each time we stay it feels like "Home"
I had a little problem with the steps from the road down to the property and the long walk back up the hill from the town. It is difficult to park close to the property
