Modern decor. Comfortable & homely. Great location. Good facilities for a family - easy to cook, washing machine.

Spacious, beautfully equipped modern apartment. Good TV in living room and bedroom. Comfortable beds, Wonderful outside seating area. Only 5-10 min walk into town and seafront but away from the busiest tourist areas and with small neighbourhood shop and pub close Swanage and Isle of Purbeck are great places to visit. Boat cruises, fishing off pier, great beaches near by. Lovely coastal path walks, Good places to visit within easy reach (e.g. Corfe Castle, Kimmeridge, Durlston Head, Studland, Old Harry Rocks, Shell Beach, Poole (by boat is especially nice) Good range of places to eat and drink. Traditional small seaside resort that is on the up again after a phase of being a bit run down a few years back. Would go again

Parking tricky on High Street where property is. Had to park at least 200-300 m away and one way system meant sometimes several trips round the block under pressure from cars coming up behind you. If you park uo and drop bags off you have to be quick. Parking in town also pressurised. And if you park on the pier you can get locked in for the evening. If you struggled with mobility then flight of stairs down to property might be a struggle. The notes about what to do before checking out were a bit hectoring. Not so much passive aggressive as just aggressive.

With the view and where it was, it couldn't have been better. Then I was wrong, the owners had thought of everything you would need. Thank you.
