Beautifully laid out, very comfortable, lovely vibe, amazing facilities
It would be massively helpful if check in could be a little earlier - even 4.00pm would help. Also it would be ideal if check out could be a little later - 10.00am is quite early

Thoroughly enjoyable.
Sociable kitchen area very good. Bedrooms v nice. Warm and comfortable house. Easy access to town and seafront.
Shower gels and toiletries would be nice. Not enough tea towels. Rubbish from previous guests still there. Needs another sofa for the number of people it can accommodate.
