Die Lage der Unterkunft liegt direkt an einem Umspannwerk. Keine besonders tolle Aussicht.

The hosts are helpful, kind and flexible.
They have an issue with booking.com about the location. It is 20 minutes walking from the inner city land inwards. If you show to the taxi: “bjelisi trafostanica” they will bring you to an electrical transmission station. If you go around it from the right side you will directly see the hotel. The taxi will only be around 5 euros in total so I would recommend not go and look for yourself. The place is beautiful though. So it is not at the harbour!!
