Camanolo Homestay

Camanolo Homestay is definitely at the top of my list for when I return to Siargao. You can really feel how intentionally they designed and built the place. The AC kubo-style rooms are incredibly homey, and the bathroom is surprisingly spacious, complete with a solid shower and a bidet. ​Honestly, those little things don't matter because the location is unbeatable. It’s perfectly tucked away so you can get a really sound sleep at night, yet right outside your door is Copacabana Cafe, Lasa Siargao, and The Laundry Room to easily drop off your dirty clothes. You're just a quick walk from all the other restaurants, souvenir shops, and party places. San ka pa? Highly recommended!

​Since it's island living, the water pressure can fluctuate, which is perfectly understandable. The road to the property isn't asphalted either, so expect a bit of a rocky and wet walk when it rains—though there’s a cemented side path you can use, so it’s really just a minor hiccup.

The only regret is we booked 2 nights, managed to extended one more night. We had to look for other accommodation. Definitely should have booked whole stay here. Receptionists are extremely helpful. Thank you.

Location was good, close to shops.

Beds had red ants so got really red and itchy.
