Staff were amazing and super helpful when I needed a locals help about issues

Near the restaurant and tourism road.
In the standard room, the problem is that the air conditioner in Room 2 is not cooling well.

They missed some small details that could really make a difference:
No complimentary filtered water offered for guests
No tea and coffee
No hand soap in bathroom
In a 5 day stay there was no room cleaning (no bin emptying / towel changing) these things had to be self initiated.
I ran 6mins late for check out and they quickly came rushing me out of the room 😅
