Zand Pointe Suites

I loved the location of this place. I don’t drive a motorbike so it was super easy to find tuktuk if i needed to go somewhere. The place is well equipped and clean too! Had everything i needed for cooking, coffee and most importantly they did my laundry last minute with small fee! Love the staff, they were so helpful. We will definitely come back! 🫶

The overall stay was okay. The location is very accessible, and the property is new and generally comfortable, which we appreciated.

Housekeeping was only done when we specifically requested it, and this wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand. I just hope they can improve their housekeeping system, especially for guests who stay longer. Unfortunately, my partner’s slippers also went missing from the property. Since the setup is self-check-in with keys left in a safe, it felt like anyone could come and go despite the presence of CCTV. The place has good potential because of its location and new facilities, but improvements in security and clearer housekeeping policies would make the experience better.
