Positives and Negatives - Hosts were really responsive and kind and worked hard to resolve any issue

Hosts were very nice, lockbox was easy to access, easy to communicate in English, hosts worked hard to resolve a couple of issues I ran into (booking an extra day, and the lack of hairdryer). The hosts were extremely responsive and genuinely wanted to help. The fixtures are modern.

I recommend the hosts live in the flat for a couple of days, there were a lot of inconveniences. The large bed-frame isn't sitting on anything so the mattress kept falling on the floor, so it was not useable. There is a pipe in the restroom that is not insulated properly so it smells quite a lot. There is a cabinet door that sits right above a chair, and the terrace was really dirty. I honestly think these issues would be easy to solve if they stayed a couple of days in the flat.

Много неприятно,студено и непочистено

Климатикът в една от стаите не работеше,мръсна и непочистена тераса , каналите миришат,съдомиялната също със запушен канал…Изрично бях описала да има креватче за малко дете,наложи се сами да го търсим под леглата къде точно е сгънато,нямаше и спално бельо за него! Не бихме повторили със сигурност,крайно еаомаровани!!!
