לא היה וויפיי.
לא היה נציג בקבלה בעת הצ'ק אאוט ונאלצנו להמתין מעל 10 דק שמישהו יבוא, ואז התברר שהנציגה היתה בחוץ, ראתה אותנו והמשיכה לדבר עם חברה במקום לתת לנו שירות.

Spacious, good location, modern, lots of storage space, view of the piste, on site restaurant and spa, easy to use ski storage, nice and warm, Sergio (the owner/host) was very polite and responsive every time I messaged him
Even though the restaurant is big and cozy, the ventilation is not great (my clothes got smelly every time I went)
No microwave in the room
No body wash, shampoo or hand wash
No seating furniture in the balcony
Expensive spa

Spotlessly clean. In a very good quiet location with parking space and a spar market nearby for all your needs. Place is equipped enough for up to 2 persons, cutlery, pots, toiletries, and towels. Everything is brand new with excellent interio design. A large balcony from which you can enjoy the view of the mountains, gondolas and the cows grazing. Loved each moment and had a very relaxed sleep
The number listed as contact is not right. It has a +7 as country code whereas Georgia's is +995. As you enter the block, there is a contact number for the loft block, which is like 3 blocks down near spar. I was welcomed by 2 receptionists, who kind heartedly helped me to get the code for card lock.
Also, the swimming pool is operated separately. It's open between 6pm and 11pm and you need to book it to be able to have a swim (??!!?) I arrived at around 9/10pm and still couldn't use it.
