power cut and water cut were problematic as no generator or alternative solar power was installed on the premises, knowing the frequency of power cut in Zanzibar.

The host service and breakfast was excellent. Warm welcoming and hospitality was superb. Significantly secured area. Loved the sand bar during low tide

It's brand new and modern compared to other properties in the area

It is mentioned they accept card paymens, however they insisted i pay in cash and i rejected that. They offered me to pay some random person via bank transfer which i also rejected! Why would you put a payment method when you don't accept it. The girl who checked us in kept bothering me with text and calls as if i was going to runaway without payment, unpleasant experience. Further, the location isn't accurate as described here and the girl also confirmed they have been having issues with the GPS. There was no daily cleaning, there's no bidet (water hose in the toilet). In the unit we stayed at there was an electricity splitter which kept going on nonstop all day all night, after complaining to the girl they sent someone to fix it. The swimming pool is dirty with many insects and not cleaned properly. The park where the villa at is a construction area which means there is some disturbance. Search
