Hotel is brand new, located in the pure nature. Staff was pleasant and professional, willing to help at any time. Food was superb, with reasonable number of options, also for vegetarians. Choice for food was normal, very carefully chosen and prepared. I prefer that approach rather than plenty of options but pour prepared. Rooms were clean and brand new, our room was with the view on the pool which was actually very nice. Good beds, mattresses maybe too soft for me, but okay. Finally, this is the best spa I have ever been, very good choice of facilities for sure, clean and not crowded. You don't need to wait for your turn to enter any of the facilities - sauna is big with great view, there are two pools - indoor and outdoor, but warm, which was especially good because I can not stand cold water. Check out was fast and lean.

Not sure why they didn't make up our room and didn't change towels. Maybe I missed some info as this is very strange for the 5 star hotel. They brought us water, but didn't touch anything else.

Very comfortable and very calm location near the wineries. Excellent wellness zone with outside and inside pools, hammam and sauna. The room was very interesting, very unique design. The room was more then clean and accurate. Breakfasts and dinners were on the high level. Everything was very tasty and all the time different dishes. The staff was very polite, very friendly and professional in all ways.

The room temperature was +25 (on the thermostat) but in our own opinion (subjectively) it felt colder.

Submitted a special request with the booking, to prebook us for the afternoon sauna sessions, received an email confirmation that they will make sure my guests and I are booked, but the information was never passed on to the wellness team so on arrival they were unaware of any prior arrangements.
