Hunguest Hotel Sóstó

Amazing hotel with outstanding service, healthy and delicious food, and a very professional, flexible, and friendly staff. We especially appreciated that the entire property, including the balconies, is completely non-smoking. The direct connection to the bath/spa area was extremely convenient, and the option to stay in both the hotel and bath facilities longer on the day of departure without any extra charge was a great added benefit. Excellent value for money and a truly enjoyable experience. Fully recommended!

Ennyire kedves személyzettel sehol nem találkoztam, pedig sok hotelben és szinte minden hunguest hotelben jártam. Tényleg szuperek! Külön kiemelném a magas szőke báros fiút meg a fekete hajú recepciós lányt (bocsi, a neveket nem jegyeztem meg), profizmus magas szinten. Csomó gyerekprogram, a négy éves lányom imádta. Látszik, hogy ügyesen ki van gondolva a gyerekek szórakoztatása. A fürdőbe az átjárás nagyon kényelmes, az állatkert pár perc séta. Az étterem szintén kiemelkedő. Összességében az elvárásaimat és az eddigi kiváló minőségű hunguest lánc által ajánlott szolgáltatásokat messze túlszárnyalta ez a hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, and the food was very good with a nice variety of options.

The only downside was a slight smell in the room, which made it feel a bit less fresh.

The room size, cleanliness of the room were good.The location of the hotel was also very convenient.

The food, especially the so-called all-inclusive buffets, was far below any acceptable standard. The staff often seemed unmotivated. Throughout the hotel – especially in the lobby, hallways and on the first floor – there was a constant smell of food (mainly fish) during and even after meal times. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a pleasant aroma. The hotel should seriously reconsider how to improve the kitchen ventilation system.
