A leírásnak és fotóknak megfelelő felszereltség. Egyszerű, célszerű berendezés. A hálószobák, fürdők, nappalik tiszták. A konyha felszereltsége megfelelő. Tágas nappali, ebédlő. Különböző társasjátékok, tv csatornák. Kültéren szabadtéri sütés/főzési lehetőség. A tüzifa ehhez biztosított volt. Kinti étkezési lehetőség, asztalok, pihenő sarok, napozóágy. Összességében minden adott volt a hétvégi kikapcsolódáshoz.
A takarítás a vendégek által használt területre fókuszált. A nyílászárók, konkrétan az ablakok, bejárati ajtók koszosak voltak. Nem tartozik bele a napi takarításba, viszont időszakonként szükséges. Az udvar kamerával megfigyelt (ez benne is volt a leírásban) de nekem egy idő után már zavaró volt, hogy mindig fordul utánam.
