What this hotel offers is unmatched in this area. Whatever room you get, it's only a couple of steps to the pool area, 3 spacious pools to choose from, every kind of sauna you can think of, rooms are exceptionally big (also bathrooms) and comfortable. The entire hotel area is exceptional, there's even a pretty chapel! Breakfast was good, staff spoke perfect English, people around the area were also very nice. It's 15min walk to the city centre and 5min walk to the wine valley. I'd love to come back.

I enjoyed my entire stay from the check-in with the friendly nd beautiful women, the clean and comfortable room, and the overall setting. I am very pleased with the whole stay.
Guests should be told to not take two or three parking spaces, since others are using it as well. Especially since we have to pay for the parking.

Property is split across multiple buildings, in a campus style - this is not reference anywhere on the property listing.
The AC is weak, and very loud. If your room is on the second floor/attic, it’s extremely warm. There is no lift to take your luggage to the room in the outer buildings.
Food at breakfast is basic, poor quality and cheap. Skip on the breakfast. Coffee is weak too.
