Our code didn’t work, we had to wait in 100 degree weather with our luggage until someone was available to come let us in. The maintenance guys were awesome. The staff was very hard to get in touch with we called for a long time until we were able to get them to answer.
We were told we could check in a little early. However after getting all our luggage unpacked and too the room we were told we had to wait until 4 even though the room was ready! Never had that happened from other agency’s, we had to take our luggage back to the car find and find something to do for a hr. We then had carry the luggage back to the room in 100 degrees temperature. The code didn’t work do we had to wait in the heat on maintenance to come and let us in. They were fast and super sweet! Besides that the stay was amazing.

The hot tub was not hot the second day and the pools were super cold
