Brass Rail Villas is a Mediterranean-style gated complex on the South end of Tybee Island, about 30 yards from the main beach. You will be within walking distance to restaurants and nightlife, tons of shops, and the Tybee Pier. Community amenities include two private community pools, a hot tub and a community picnic area.



Private parking is available for 2 vehicles, below the building with access to an elevator. Parking height clearance is 7ft. Wireless internet is available for guest convenience.

NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking is available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

The location of this property is fantastic! it’s just a short walk to the beach, and the pools on-site were a great bonus. Tybee Island is a beautiful spot, and we loved being so close to everything.However, the unit itself could use some improvements. Upon arrival, there was a noticeable dog odor, and the overall cleanliness wasn’t great. We found sand on the floors, dust on the fan blades, and the carpet (especially under the beds) could use a deep clean.A few maintenance issues stood out as well: broken blinds, missing dresser handles, and outdated kitchenware — some pans had broken handles and there weren’t any matching lids for the pots. The grill was also in poor condition and likely needs replacement.One major downside was that the elevators were out of service for our entire stay, which made things challenging, especially with luggage and beach gear.With a bit more attention to maintenance and cleaning, this place could be a great vacation spot. The location and amenities have a lot of potential.
