Location was great, apartment was spacious and mostly clean. Pool area was nice and clean. Door codes worked properly and the area was nice.
There were a few cleanliness issues such as the master bathroom having what appeared to be excrement on the walls. Poor toilet paper quality too.

Location was perfect and the condo was true to pictures, spacious and tidy. Communication was excellent.
The parking garage has some flooding with heavy rain.

We loved everything! From the kitchen amenities to the parking deck, elevators to every room, pools, hot tub… it was amazing!
Even though the property was listed as an ocean view, there wasn’t a view of the ocean.. we did enjoy seeing the many types of birds and wildlife in the trees.
