The location is fantastic. The apartment is huge, spotless and has everything you need for a home away from home.
Fabulous restaurants, wine bar on rhe corner beside it and a 2 mo ute walk from the main square and trams
The only thing I had an issue with, was the pillows. They are genuinely atrocious, old, lumpy. Replace these and my next review will be a 10!

Close to City center and very functional apartment. Self check is well organized and graz is beautiful. Parking option is close and best solution.
There is no AC climate in apartment. If it is hot outside it could be very hot inside. In Jun now we had that situation. There is ventilator x2 and it helps

Location could not be any better!
Floors were not very clean, our Rucksack became dirty after shortly lying it on the floor.

Parking is just an option, that means you can park in 10-15 min away garagge for 15 EUR, no air-condition in object, if you want to check early or later check out it is 10 EUR/hour, WC is on one side of appt and bathroom is on another, loud neighbourghs all night, We made beds ourselves. For this price it could be better
