This apartment could not be in a more premium location; your window literally opens onto the Glockenspiel. You're in the center of it all, within a 3 minute walk to the opera. There's a cocktail bar on the second floor, but there's no noise from it. There are pubs within crawling distance. The restaurant under the clock is phenomenal, with large portions that are enough for three meals. The bathtub is massive, with the hottest water I've ever experienced in any stay, ever. You can absolutely create your own spa day. The main bed is upstairs from the rest of the apartment and it really contributes to the sense of luxury. (You could sleep 4 more people if you're on a budget and don't mind bunk beds and a futon.) The kitchen is well appointed. The furnishings are all quite practical, with a desk at the window. The washing machine has a rapid cycle, which is super handy, and the towel warmer in the bathroom helps dry clothes faster. There are 2 good speed fans for nice air circulation. The windows, when closed, do an excellent job of sound deadening. Truly a magnificent stay.

Perhaps I overlooked the photos instructing where the lockbox was located, so it took me a bit to figure it out. (They are hanging to the left inside the gated entrance arch.) As with old places, the plumbing can smell unpleasant, so it's important to keep the bathroom door closed. I also kept the exhaust fan running most times. Pub crawlers are a bit noisy at 2am, so if your windows are open, you're gonna hear them. All these are minor inconveniences and the benefits far outweigh them. I'd live here.

good location, everything you could need in the appartment, very clean

Von der Wohnung aus haben wir alle unsere Ziele in der Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Von einem der Dachflächenfenster konnte man den Grazer Uhrturm sehen. Die Ausstattung der modernen Küchenzeile hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Wohnung ist bis auf das Badezimmer ausgesprochen großzügig vom Platzangebot.

Die sich in unmittelbarster Nähe befindliche Turmglocke am Glockenspielplatz gibt die Zeit im Viertelstunden-Takt Tag und Nacht akustisch an. Das bedarf sicher einer längeren Zeit der Gewöhnung als drei Nächte.

Parking is just an option, that means you can park in 10-15 min away garagge for 15 EUR, no air-condition in object, if you want to check early or later check out it is 10 EUR/hour, WC is on one side of appt and bathroom is on another, loud neighbourghs all night, We made beds ourselves. For this price it could be better
