The location was great. Walk or take a free tram to everything. Bed was comfortable. Church bells were pleasant to hear. They rang on the hour but the windows kept the sound out at night.
The room would be great for a shorter stay. We were there 3 weeks and the sofa was the only cushioned seat and that was a pull out bed so it wasn't very comfortable. No instructions for what to do with trash or recyclables.

The apartment exceeded all our expectations - spacious, beautifully designed and decorated, clean. Location is amazing - right in the centre of all the happening. If you want to get a taste of Graz-Austrian gastronomy - the entrance to the apartment is actually a delicious restaurant! All in all, this is the place we'll be coming back to.
:) it was a bit confusing finding the place since the entrance truly is through the restaurant :) Not a dislike - but I put it here in case someone else will be looking a bit lost on the street - yes, restaurant is the entrance :) And they have a super kind people working there to guide you in the right direction :)

Communication/ response from owner was 0 null. They answered my first request 24 hrs later and didn’t answer my second question at all
