Avoid this place!

Nothing. It was a dump.

Wow this place is a dump! It’s like being on a construction site, with piles of rubble and half constructed container dwellings. We arrived on 19 May to stay for a night but spent about 30 mins looking around and left. There was litter and animal poop on the deck, the interior was dirty, hair in the bed, floor was spongy with dirty water oozing out. It was grim, so we headed back to Fredericksburg and found a motel. The owner accepted my explanation and agreed to refund my payment. Two months later I have still not received a refund. What a waste of $175. Avoid this place!

No breakfast although it appeared when I filtered in breakfast included. Also no hot tub as advertised

We were not happy and will not stay again. We didn’t even sleep there!

Area was pretty and so was all the live stock on the property. The concept was neat but not super well executed.

Many things! The host was rude. The bed fell through the frame because there was only 1 support bar that went through the middle of the frame. When I reached out to the owner he was very rude about it and made the comment that he never said the bed was comfortable! He sent a video of someone jumping on the bed to show it was ok but they were in the very middle where the bar was. The unit had 3 doors to go outside, one is locked and the other two just have a tension rod. There were instructions on how to get into the unit but the code was not working. I had to call the host and he just gave me the code to the lock box for the physical keys. The WiFi didn’t work, the unit had no remotes for the tv, and hope it isn’t windy when you are there because the tarp that is connected to the unit makes lots of noise! We did not get our money back!

Calm relaxing natural paradise

Calm, in nature with great livestock. Amazing experience in a well made container. Great communication with Eric. Appreciated his availability and ensuring we had everything we needed.

Beds were not to our liking, yet that is personal with our back problem.

We enjoyed our stay (especially watching the sun set from the deck) and would book this property again in the future.

We liked the view, the privacy, the large patio with a fire pit, and the deck on top. The unit was clean. It had new appliances and everything we needed in the kitchen.

We did not like that there was no step up to the patio so it was difficult to access from the parking area. Also, we could've used more bed pillows.

Overall, such a fun 🤩 place!

Communication was exceptional! Location was amazing & peaceful!! Nicely decorated & the fire pit was set ready to fire up! Overall—such a cool 😎 experience!!

These are all suggestions & constructive feedback: Wasn’t easy stepping up onto the front patio; muddy (bottom of our shoes tracked in mud, white dust etc); kitchen needs cooks’ tools for cookware (silicone set); more towels needed if 4 people are staying (hand towels, bath towels, black makeup towels (guests who wear makeup stain up/ruin white towels), kitchen towels); small WD40 spray-can needed for squeaky door/s; a full length mirror is needed; instructions on how to use the microwave/convection oven/air fryer appliance is needed (such a cool appliance!!); set of dishes (plates & bowls) needed
