About this house rental
Located on one of the Hill Country's most scenic roads for cycling and walking is the well known Blue Nook. This is the second of 4 of Amelia's Casitas and comes with so much to offer! This Casita has 2 bedrooms one bath with a spacious walk in shower, an additional full size sleeper sofa and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide a coffee bar set up ready to enjoy on the house. This casita comes OVERSTOCKED with fresh towels/toiletries and water for our guest. We also provide a 42" smart TV that is logged in and ready to play your favorite shows on Netflix. LETS TALK VIEWS! There are two charcoal bbq grills and a large fire pit (ready to go) for our guest to enjoy their favorite bottle of wine under the hill country stars. Our guests can enjoy country living only 5 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg! Here at Amelia's Casitas we are pet friendly upon approval, but we do require a additional $20.00 fee for our maids to completely DEEP clean and deodorize everything. We also require all pets to be on a leash and the pet owner must clean up any and all waste. If at anytime our guest have questions or need recommendations feel free to email or text Leo.
Here are some of our house rules we expect all guest to follow.
~First and for most we hope you will respect our home as if it were your own~
~please leave all dirty towels in the shower so our maids can have easy access~
~do not worry about making up slept in beds, its a kind gesture but our maids will remove everything to wash~
~after 10pm we ask that loud music be kept to a minimum, be considerate of our neighboring casitas~
~we ask that our guest to please wash any dirty dishes and leave them in the drying rack~
~There are 2 bbq grills that are first come first serve so please clean up after you are done so that our other guest can also enjoy it~
~smoking is ok OUTSIDE, please do not smoke inside the casita. We have provided sand buckets for cigarette butts~

The property was clean, well-kept, and close to Fredericksburg (a 10-minute drive away). The check-in process was also very easy and we didn't have any issues getting into the house once we arrived. The only real issue that we had was that there weren't sheets on the pull-out sofa and we didn't receive a response from the owner when we asked about them. The person sleeping there ended up choosing to sleep on the couch cushions instead and we pulled an extra blanket off of one of the beds.

Nestled together in a group of 4 cabins, this rental was convenient to town, being just far enough to have country quiet. Everything was clean & spacious for our group of 4. Definitely will consider again.

The house was very clean and well furnished. Everything you need is available there. The fire pit was an added plus. Only downside was not being able to get on the WiFi.
