Property is historic which is amazing, but it’s an acquired taste for rustic charm.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location to explore Rome. The hosts treated us like family and helped us find amazing local cafes/ bars/ restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble. Having a local guide at your finger tips like Fabrizio made our stay unforgettable.

Location location location.
Poor lighting and very loud fan in bathroom, window blind didn’t work, so could not darken for sleeping, hosts and workers had to come multiple times to repair items . They responded quickly but it was disturbing on more than one occasion. The host made many overtures to meet for coffee, lunch, aperitif, even after I politely declined. I wish that more attention had been paid to the condition of the apartment and less effort to be friends.
