Beautiful property. 2 good sized double bedrooms both ensuite. Lovely kitchen/dining/living area. Fairly central but also next to the metro and a taxi station. Host left some complimentary water and coffee pods.

Slight confusion upon arrival as I had not fully registered with the host so had to complete some paperwork prior to accessing the apartment. Apartment itself was just like the photos.

Clean comfortable flat right by Crocetta metro station, easy walking distance everywhere and an excellent bakery along the street. Staff helpful. We had to contact them a lot.

Check in was terrible. No instructions were sent, despite requests, until the day we travelled. No one was at property to help at the time we said we would arrive. Access instructions arrived (in Italian) an hour after ringing the service from the apartment block. We were at the wrong flat door, so the key code didn’t work. A staff member arrived to give access 90 mins after we got there. It was stressful as we had theatre tickets and simply had to drop bags and rush out again.

The room was clean and very well-equipped. We stayed there comfortably and happily. Location is excellent with convenience store, food shops, and an underground station right in front of the building.

I am a 59 year old traveller from Asia and did not get used to this type of property before (mostly stay in hotels). I arrived the building in the evening and did not understand at all how I can get in. It took me almost an hour to get in, and not by myself but with great help from an Itilian gentleman who coincidentally came to the scene after visiting his parents staying in the same building. Being exhausted from the journey, it was not easy for me at all to find my way into the building and get the keys from the key box, following the "clues" from the message I recieved from WhatsApp.

El apartamento tiene una ubicación excelente, muy céntrico y con acceso directo a transporte público (metro y tranvía), así como bares, restaurantes y supermercados cercanos. Es ideal para 2 parejas, ya que cada una tiene su propio baño. Las habitaciones son amplias y cuentan con buenos armarios, y la calefacción es muy buena. En general, el apartamento es cómodo y funcional, aunque la decoración es un poco minimalista y le falta un toque personal para hacerlo más acogedor. A pesar de eso, es un lugar muy práctico y bien situado para explorar la ciudad.

La habitación que da a la avenida es muy ruidosa debido al tráfico del tranvía, lo que afecta el descanso. El check-in es tedioso y exigente, y la falta de interacción con el anfitrión o personal hace que la estancia sea muy impersonal. No hay opciones para dejar el equipaje antes del check-in, lo que nos obligó a pagar por un guardamaletas cercano. Para futuros inquilinos, hay una cafetería enfrente con depósito de equipaje que hubiera sido más cercano. El menaje es muy justo y el contrato exige dejarlo limpio y ordenado, pero los suministros son insuficientes: un sobre y una pastilla de lavavajillas para 4 días. Los amenities son escasos: solo 2 rollos de papel higiénico y 2 botes pequeños de gel por baño. Recomendación para la limpieza: eliminar el moho en las juntas y el flexo de la ducha, ya que no es higiénico y da mala impresión.
