The location is about 10min by cab to the Medina. Provision shop for water and snacks just opposite the street, very convenient. Some food options nearby, Crousti rice bowls are delicious!
Wifi is unstable. Even watching Youtube on the TV screen it froze intermittently. Noise at the master bedroom is quite loud from the traffic (not if you’re a light sleeper), back room is quiet.

It is a very nice and spacious apartment, the decoration is spot on, modern but combined with traditional elements. The communication with the hosts was great, we are especially grateful for an arranged mid night transfer from the apartment to the airport when we departed. It can be a bit noisy at night, since the traffic is quite loud from the streets below, but the use of electric blinds helped a bit. The location is great to expore the newer part of Marrakech, Gueliz area and Jardin Majorelle.

Nice 2 bedrm 2 bathroom apartment with big kitchen well equipped. Nicely decorated. Appreciated the washing machine and dishwasher. Great Italian-style press coffee machine. Nearby local grocery stores like Carrefour. Youssef was very attentive, informative. Unless you're ok to walk the approximate 2km to the Medina, you take a taxi.
