We booked this apartment last‑minute on our way back from an excursion, and at first we were surprised to be contacted and told that the apartment was not available due to the holiday and because it hadn’t been prepared in time. It may have been due to overbooking, but in any case, they immediately looked for a solution and arranged another apartment for us — which turned out to be really lovely. Because of this, I can’t review the original apartment, but I can review the one we stayed in. It was a very modern apartment in a new and upcoming area, with everything you need: two bedrooms, a lovely balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fridge, stove, and a good, powerful shower. The towels were great quality, and there was security at the entrance, which was reassuring. Yusuf was extremely efficient, friendly, and understanding throughout the whole process, and we really appreciate how quickly he helped us. We visit Marrakech frequently, and after this experience we will definitely choose one of the properties they manage again. The apartments are great quality, and the team is quick and efficient when it comes to solving any issues. Highly recommended.

The apartment was well decorated and looked after.

There is construction going around the apartment and the it gets very noisy 8 am onwards. Also due to the dust we could not use the balcony at all even for drying the clothes.

the construction works in front of the apartment, especially when they worked during the night. I know this is out of the control of the property but it would have been better if we knew the construction works would have been ALL NIGHT.
