    I really recommend this hotel for its great value and price. The staff were very helpful, the room was clean and felt brand new, and the animation team was friendly and fun. The hotel also has free private beach access. Mr. Tamer was especially helpful and did his best to make sure the guest had a great experience. Overall, it was really an excellent all-inclusive stay exceeded my expectations. Thanks.

    Large size rooms, good service, convenient location, good variety of food. reasonable price.

    Beach was nice for swimming and also there was a nice coral reef for snorkeling (Variable Depth) Pool was not clean. Housekeeping was late and poorly responsive. Staff were polite but sometimes not professional. The Assisstant Manager was very responsive to my feedback and promptly acted upon it. If you have a problem, escalate to Mr. Mohamed Emam, he is a great manager.
