The fact the owner was willing to work with us when misunderstanding of description.
The hotels eftpos machine was broken so we had to go to an atm to withdraw money to pay. Language barrier from what was written to what you got (once talked about problem was solved and understood) hot tub does not mean what western countries would think it is.
