La situación y que tiene todo lo que se necesita.
Supongo que los que estuvieron antes que nosotros eran fumadores y se quedó el olor impregnado en todo.

Equilibrio precio calidad. La ubicación es céntrica y el apartamento está bien. Dotado con todos los aparatos necesarios. Bien decorado en los detalles.
Apartamento interior con ventanas a patio de luces con muy poca luz. El dormitorio era muy pequeño y el desagüe del lavabo no drenaba bien.

Si ubicación era excelente
Han de cambiar las almohadas, no se podía dormir con ellas, se ha de efectuar un mantenimiento a la puerta del lavabo, la maneta está suelta y falla, las bisagras hacen mucho ruido y de noche molesta.
