Villa in an excellent location, just 2 minutes from the ocean. It features 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a dining room that seats 12, a living room with a TV, small balconies, and a laundry area. Each bedroom has air conditioning and fans. The villa has access to 2 swimming pools and a tennis court. It’s a 2-minute walk from the beach, 2 minutes from the bus stop, and is located near the most luxurious shopping centers, the nightlife district, and right across from Cancún’s best restaurants.
Not only is the villa quite spacious, but its magic comes from the Mexican touch incorporated into its design. It was decorated and designed for all types of travelers who want to learn a little more about Mexican culture, without sacrificing the comforts expected of a high-quality property. The villa has 5 bedrooms, which are laid out as follows:
1. Master bedroom: 1 king-size bed, full bathroom.
2. Bedroom: 2 double beds and a full bathroom, balcony.
3. Bedroom: 2 double beds and a full bathroom.
4. Bedroom: 1 double bed and full bathroom shared with the 5th bedroom.
5. Room: 2 double beds and a full bathroom shared with the 4th room.

We’re a 3-minute walk from the villa’s front door to Playa Ballenas, considered one of the best beaches in Cancún. You’ll also have easy access to the best restaurants serving Mexican, Italian, Argentine, Greek, Japanese, and Mediterranean cuisine, among others, as well as supermarkets and shopping centers for your shopping needs. There are several marinas in the area, and if you’d like information on yacht rentals, excursions, and more, we can provide that as well. The bus stop is right on the corner of the villas, just a 2-minute walk from the villa’s entrance. The area with nightclubs, bars, and beach clubs is also within easy reach of the villa, just a few minutes by bus from our location.
The villa is located in an exclusive residential complex in the hotel zone in the heart of Cancún, just 10 minutes from the nightlife district and 5 minutes from two of the best shopping malls in Cancún. We share the beach with hotels such as Secrets The Vine, the Ritz-Carlton (now Kempinski), and Hard Rock.

We were 11 people ages 7 to 77 and we all enjoyed our stay in Jorge's Villa. Chris was amazing in answering our requests if there was an issue at the villa with sinks or air conditioning. Although The Villa is old but well kept! Enough bathrooms and showers for the big group. The small room is not really a bedroom , most like a den , so I would recommend this villa for four families only. The pool was great , lots of pool chairs to relax , very quiet neighborhood, all neighbors respect the family friendly condo and you can easily sleep and rest at night, unlike downtown area. The beach is 3 minute walk and is not a crowded beach , very beautiful and clean beach. The bus stop is less than 5 minute walk away and with 12 pesos or 1 US dollar you can go anywhere in the Hotel Zone. The kitchen has all the dishes and pans and pots if you plan to shop at the grocery stores and cook at the villa. Beds and pillows were confortable for our family , not squeeky or too soft at all. Bed sheets and towels were clean . The washing machine and dryer is a bonus if you like to pack light and wash cloths in the unit.
It really felt like home! Thanks Again Chris for being like family! Everyone in our big family really liked you! And thanks for accommodating our requests on the last day due to flight cancelations and frequest delays!
