We were 11 people ages 7 to 77 and we all enjoyed our stay in Jorge's Villa. Chris was amazing in answering our requests if there was an issue at the villa with sinks or air conditioning. Although The Villa is old but well kept! Enough bathrooms and showers for the big group. The small room is not really a bedroom , most like a den , so I would recommend this villa for four families only. The pool was great , lots of pool chairs to relax , very quiet neighborhood, all neighbors respect the family friendly condo and you can easily sleep and rest at night, unlike downtown area. The beach is 3 minute walk and is not a crowded beach , very beautiful and clean beach. The bus stop is less than 5 minute walk away and with 12 pesos or 1 US dollar you can go anywhere in the Hotel Zone. The kitchen has all the dishes and pans and pots if you plan to shop at the grocery stores and cook at the villa. Beds and pillows were confortable for our family , not squeeky or too soft at all. Bed sheets and towels were clean . The washing machine and dryer is a bonus if you like to pack light and wash cloths in the unit. It really felt like home! Thanks Again Chris for being like family! Everyone in our big family really liked you! And thanks for accommodating our requests on the last day due to flight cancelations and frequest delays!
