Blue Crab Villa is located in the heart of the hotel zone, just 2 minutes from the beach. It features 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a dining room that seats 8, a breakfast bar, a terrace with an outdoor lounge area, a common room with a TV, and access to 2 swimming pools and 1 tennis court.
Blue Crab Villa is a 2-minute walk from the bus stop, across from Cancún’s top restaurants, and just a few minutes from the best shopping centers, beautiful marinas, and the “Party Center Cancún.”
Blue Crab Villa has a nautical flair that blends the seaside with comfort and good taste. In addition to offering ample space for 12 people, the villa’s amenities and excellent facilities will allow guests to enjoy unique, unforgettable moments. We’re just a short walk from shopping centers, supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, restaurants, public transportation, and most importantly… THE BEACH.
All of the aforementioned locations are within 1 km, with THE BEACH being the closest by foot, along with a small Super Deli.
The villas’ rooms are laid out as follows:
1. Master bedroom: 1 king-size bed, rocking chair, and full bathroom.
2. Bedroom: 2 double beds, full bathroom, and balcony.
3. Bedroom: 2 double beds and full bathroom.
4. Bedroom: 2 double beds and a full bathroom.

The villas feature 24/7 security and access to the pools and tennis court; hours are from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. You’ll have your own set of keys, and only you, your family, and friends will have access to the villa.
We’re a 3-minute walk from the villa’s front door to Playa Ballenas, considered one of the best beaches in Cancún.
