Beautiful comfortable condo. Open space with a balcony and beautiful view.
*located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club
*just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions!
* Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.
*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.
The Space:
*2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Very spacious condo.
*2 Queen beds .
* Washer and dryer available in the unit.
*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.
*Large balcony with beautiful pond view.
*Sheets and linens provided.
* Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
Guest Access:
*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.
*NO MAILBOX for this location.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free.
* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. 10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.
*Must climb stairs.
*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*NO MAILBOX for this location.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

The property was in an ideal location. Close enough to everything, but far enough from the crowds. Everything was clean and as advertised. We ran into a couple of minor issues, but our host was very attentive and resolved them. All in all, the perfect rental for our 1st trip to Myrtle Beach.

We felt 3 towels were not adequate for the amount of adults in the condo for a week. i understand there was a washer put normally you don't want to go on vacation to wash laundry. but otherwise the place and area was very nice and enjoyable.

To preface this review, we stay in a bunch of Vrbo properties each year due to my daughters travel volleyball and our offshore fishing team. The good about this property is that it’s relatively quiet, but definitely showing its age. Wi-Fi is painfully slow, master bedroom tv is almost unusable. Master bed wins the award for most uncomfortable I have ever experienced in a vrbo. Couple this with slow draining sink in bathroom, laminate floor that has sharp edges to catch bare feet, and an overall feel that the property is past its prime. Also remember no elevator in this one so you better enjoy lugging all your stuff up 3 flights. The property has the bare minimum of kitchen necessities and the host leaves each guest 1 towel in bathroom and reminds you there is washer and dryer. Check out is easy, don’t have to strip beds but you will have to deal with cleaning people standing at the door for 45 minutes prior to your departure, sweating you to get in and clean. We have stayed in other condos on the same golf course and much more enjoyable, have elevators and provide plentiful amenities. Knowing what I do now, I would look at something else when in MB.
