Beautiful, comfortable and spacious condo located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions

The Space:
*2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Comfortable and clean condo
*1 king bed, 2 single beds, 1 queen pullout sofa in the living room.
*washer/dryer in the condo.
*Wi-Fi and cable TV available.
*golf ground view from the balcony.
*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
Guest Access:
*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (6 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.
*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.
*washer and dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free. motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.
*Easy access to both Hwy 17.

Friendly neighborhood, High maintained, built around Myrtlewood Golf Club, Walking and biking trails, outdoor pool.

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.
*Must climb stairs.
*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.
*Please review my house rules.
*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

The place waS great. Well lit with so many windows. We did not go on the balcony as it was cold but the views of the fold course were nice. We did not use the pool either bc it was 40 degrees !Good location and easy to reach the host. Thanks for a great weekend.

The condo is perfectly placed to take advantage of everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. 5 minutes to the beach, Broadway at the beach, water Park, restaurants, and more. The property was clean and fully furnished. The laundry in the unit was perfect for a long stay, and the balcony overlooking the golf course was a great place to start the morning with coffee or end the day with a drink. Internet worked perfectly, and every room had a tv. Overall a great place to stay for a long week.

Enjoyed our stay, especially our daughter & her friends. Place is nice and clean. Emily (host), was wonderful & responds quickly to messages. Location is close to the beach & other fun places. Will definitely recommend this place. Thank you, Emily!!

Property is a very nice layout but needs refreshing and more detailed cleaning. Kitchen and bathroom surfaces were clean but all cabinets, door jams, walls, trims and vents had layers of dust and grime. Unit was advertised with a washer and dryer but did not work. Property manager was notified but no repair was done.
