Beautiful and cozy condo located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions!
*3rd floor, must climb stairs.
*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.
*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.
The Space:
*1 bedroom, 1.5 bath, Very spacious condo.
* 1 King bed, 1 pullout sofa in the living room. *Washer and dryer available in the unit.
*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.
*Sheets and linens provided.
*Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. Pet fee is $75 per pet. Please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
Guest Access:
*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer). All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.
*No mailbox for this location
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free.
* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.
*Must climb stairs.
*Pool access with key fob. .

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*No mailbox for this location.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive, answering our questions quickly and providing clear instructions before our arrival. The place was 10/10 for cleanliness which can make or break any trip for me. The place was located in a safe mostly quiet neighborhood in between our tournament baseball fields and Myrtle beach boardwalk which was perfect for our trip. The host refunded a pet fee after we let them know we would sadly no longer be traveling with our furry friend with no questions asked. We would definitely stay again in this or another property with this host.RIP Dahlia

Properties is clean, nice neighborhood, close to Broadway and the Beach. Only complaint the bed is a little wobbly and does not look very sturdy. However, it sleeps really good.

My host contacted me on the day of arrival to provide me with all check-in details. Shortly after I arrived at the property, I received another message from the host, checking in to see that everything was up to my expectations, and to see if I needed anything. I highly recommend this property, and the host.
