Charming Mid-Century home in the heart of Historic Hillcrest. The inviting front porch is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the neighborhood ambiance. Inside, an open great room and dining area bathe in natural light from an abundance of windows. Beautiful hardwood floors complement the updated kitchen, complete with granite countertops. Ideally located, this home is just minutes from the Medical District and Downtown, with neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.
The spacious, double-lot backyard features a grill and smoker, making it an ideal space for entertaining or unwinding after a busy day.
With three bedrooms and four beds (including an additional rollaway for extra flexibility), there’s plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and basic spices for all your cooking needs. You’ll also find a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and all necessary cleaning and laundry supplies. We ask guests to be mindful of water conservation by washing full loads—after all, drinking water is becoming an increasingly precious resource. Upon arrival, you'll find snacks, and a Keurig coffee maker stocked with coffee and tea for your convenience.
Private off-street parking is available in the driveway, accessible via the alley next to the home.

The house was clean, the beds comfortable, lots of kitchen equipment though we did not cook. Master bed room huge, loved it. Tv across from couch in bedroom, easy to use. Loved two sinks in bathroom. Very close to places to hike. We hiked everyday. Close to downtown. The beds comfortble, we felt very safe. Totally enjoyed the place, Would stay here again. We called the owner several times before we came and he answered right away. Definity a gem of a find.

The property is very well maintained, very clean, and had all of the amenities we needed. It is conveniently located, felt safe and secure, and the description by property owners is spot on. All appliances are new and we were very comfortable. There are many restaurants and shops nearby in both Hillcrest and Heights. There were only 2 of us (adults) so we had plenty of room, each with our own side of the house.
