About this house rental
Come enjoy a comfortable, private basement apartment set in the heart of Longmont! You will be just 5 minutes from downtown & walking distance to grocery stores a few local restaurants. Longmont is located 40 minutes from DIA & 15 minutes from adventure waiting in the Rockies. Off-street parking is included along with a lovely kitchenette, dining room, living room, brand new bathroom, & bedroom. We are a family with small children so the occasional noise may be heard upstairs during the day.
The space.
The main living area of the apartment includes a kitchenette with fridge, toaster oven, microwave, electric burner and plenty of dishes and cookware. The dinning area is perfect for enjoying a homecooked meal after a fun day out and then put your feet up in the living room to enjoy a movie, game, or good conversation. The couch includes a full sized pull out for sleeping.
The bedroom is adjacent to the living area and has a queen size bed, tv, dresser, and closet.
The bathroom is newly updated and features a brand new shower.
Guest access
The washer and dryer are available for use by guests, however since it is our family laundry, we just ask that let us know if you intend to use the laundry during your stay and we will work out a time that works best for everyone.
Other things to note
We are a family with 4 small children and will do our best to eliminate loud noises, but please understand that little feet and voices can be heard overhead typically between the hours of 7am-8pm.

We love to say at Longmont every time we have to visit Boulder. The property is located in a very quiet and safe area but not far from shopping and dining. The hosts were very nice and the kids and dog were adorable and very well behaved. It was just perfect for us!

I attended a workshop in North Boulder. The apartment was an easy drive to North Boulder and well stocked with kitchen items. Located 3 or 4 blocks from a grocery store for stocking up on supplies for lunches.

This is a great little basement apartment. It is very well appointed with everything you look for when you’re not at home. You do hear some noise from upstairs because there are two young children. It was comfortable and clean. The only thing I would say to the owners is to let people know that they need their passwords for streaming TV. There are no local channels available.
