About this apartment rental

A spacious and quiet carriage house loft located two blocks from historic Old Town main street. Sleeps four: one bedroom with queen size bed and a trundle bed in front room that sleeps 2. One bath and full kitchen newly renovated. A cozy living area with wifi. In walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques such as Lefthand Brewery and Tasting Room, Ziggis, The Roost, The Pumphouse, Scrumptious, Adorn Home & Gift Gallery. Enjoy concerts, festivals, and movie screenings in neighborhood parks, Roosevelt and Thompson.
Please note there are 17 stairs to climb to enter the loft. Base rate subject to change with summer rates.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Longmont. The hosts had everything available we could possibly need and the area is wonderful to explore. The rental property is within walking distance to many downtown restaurants and shops.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk into town and enjoy the nearby park. The unit was very comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to make our stay in Longmont enjoyable. The hosts were outstanding — welcoming, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make our visit special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to others.
