The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Just a block from a local park, and nearby to the downtown breweries and eateries.
This is a downstairs apartment (Garden-Level) in a triplex, but you only share walls with the upstairs unit. There are two bedrooms and a bath.
This is a family friendly place with loads of board games, but also pet friendly for your fido.
As an added bonus, the hosts live around the corner from the popular Lake Mcintosh, where you can coordinate borrowing kayaks and paddleboards. This Lake is about 10 to 15 minutes from downtown, boasts an amazing view of Longs Peak, a 3.5 mile running path circling it, and sometimes pelicans, eagles, or even more rare a live local symphony. :)

The host were wonderful! Extremely friendly, provided a desk along with a chair for me to work while staying there! Allowed my husband and mother in law to check in early as they were getting into town from driving all night. After a 17 hour drive they were very appreciative to be able to get in and take a nap. If you are looking for a cozy place to stay in a good area, this is it! Close to everything, walking distance to all kinds of cool shops. The host provided everything for a comfortable stay. All you'd need to worry about is your clothes and food and you would be set!

Very clean, very comfortable space. It was just perfect for a visit to see family and get to Rocky Mountain National Park. Thanks so much for the hospitality!
