Welcome to my home!
This studio is a spacious open room with big windows that let in lots of natural light. It has a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a wardrobe for storing your belongings.
It is also furnished with comfy chairs, and a work desk, and you will also find a flatscreen TV so you can relax after a day in the city or if you want some time spent with any entertainment activity.
You will find a kitchenette, whether you want to whip up a quick meal or spend more time on a feast. It has an electric plate, a fridge, a washing machine, and a dining table top.
The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

Calm and peaceful area, there are several touristic landmarks, such as Jeronimos Monastery, Belem Tour, Navigators Monument, Walkways by the Tagus River, Botanical Garden, Hospital, Universities
Tram 15B at doorstep, train stations at less than 1 Km by foot.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Great property in a quiet neighborhood but a couple of things to know. 1) The apartment is up three short flights of stairs not 1. First floor actually means 2nd. It is the door on the right with 1D over it. The key for this door has a notch in it that must be point up to open the door. It can go in lock both ways. The inner door straight ahead after opening the outer is the apartment. The key here it a bit tough to get to turn. Pull the door toward you and slowly turn right. Also it helps to get a metro pass and use the 15E to get to plaza commercial rather then Uber. Traffic is difficult. Pingo Dolce up the hill for groceries and this is a good place for pasta and drinks BarTtong Restaurante & Bar

Great little studio. The front door lock requires some patience to open, I thought it was the key, however, another resident said it is the lock. The communication needs to be done with one person as 3 different people replied, action was not carried through. The toaster and microwave were therefore not fixed.

This very functional apartment is an easy place to stay and work. The bathroom is up to date and the bed is comfortable. The galley kitchen is perfect for breakfast and small meals. Located on a residential street in Belem, it is close to coffee shops and an active bus line. I had a positive stay.

The location was just outside of Lisbon, a short walk from the train station so it was easy to get to the city centre. We had everything we needed as described in the listing, and the air conditioning worked great. The place was clean on the surface level but could use a good deep clean.
