We had a multigenerational family stay here and did a lot of cooking. This kitchen is the best stocked of any we’ve ever experienced in a VRBO. Also, the wet bar/auxiliary kitchen was amazing. Rooms were comfortable and the elevator was very helpful with our older guests.

This property was just as advertised and better! We had plenty of room to spread out or come together as a group. The location was great as it is very close to a beach access and not far from town. We would definitely stay again!

Due to circumstances beyond your control we were moved from our originally booked home 45 minutes before check in. I honestly thought that was very short notice and that someone would have been by the home before that but it is what it is. Although this was disappointing and difficult for many reasons we had to take what was offered. Please know that we chose the home we did because the home across the street is a relative who had the rest of our family staying there and had all of our groceries already delivered there. Secondly, we had planned to utilize the golf cart to move around elderly and young children with ease. We also loved the idea of the elevator for ease of moving groceries, luggage and the elderly with much ease. We were celebrating the 55 wedding anniversary of this couple and originally had hoped the master bedroom was on the ground floor at the original house so they could not have to climb stairs. After the change of location to the new home, which I must say was beautiful but had a very difficult layout for entering and exiting the house, they were on the 3rd floor on the home. When going to unload all the luggage and groceries (which had to be moved from the other location) we could not access the elevator - only to learn that it had not worked in years. That meant everyone had to climb stairs to get to the kitchen and their bedrooms. The elderly couple had to climb all the stairs which did result in a fall which resulted in a dislocated shoulder and broken shoulder bone. But before that happened, their lavatory door would not unlock and we had to call for after-hours maintenance which a man named Bull went above and beyond by coming by when this did not really qualify as an after hours emergency and he opened the door. Once he learned of the experiences we had incurred he made it possible for us to utilize the golf cart after all. I had mentioned to the ladies previously that I knew it had been delivered to the other house and maybe we could still use it but they said that we could not. Bull saved the weekend since we had no pool and no elevator but we ended up with the golf cart. It just turned into a hectic stressful weekend. I am awaiting my $500+ plus refund which I have been advised would be mailed. Thank you.
